The base of this classic green sauce is the tomatillo, a vine-ripened little green tomato that is very popular in Mexican cooking. Our recipe blends in cilantro, chili to give it a real kick. It is a wonderful addition to any grilled meats, fish and poultry.... and of course on Enchiladas!

Ingredients: Tomatillo, chili peppers, onion, serrano pepper, puree, jalapenos, garlic, cilantro, garlic, canola oil, lime juice concentrate, spices.
