You Will Also Need:

• 8 cups water
• 1-2 cups ham chunks, bacon, or a ham bone (optional)
• 2 cups chopped tomatoes with green chilis (or a 15 to 20 oz. can)
  

Ingredients: Split peas, dehydrated celery, dehydrated carrots, onion, spices, real salt, black pepper.
